I recently purchased an new bike from Harley-Davidson World. I is not my first time to purchase parts or service from this dealer, but it was my first bike purchase here. Everyone involved was professional, friendly and helpful. Ron, Dustin and Lance, from bike sales were all great. Steve, from parts, as well as Chuck and James, from service, were very helpful and continue to be as parts are arriving and mods are being installed. I could not be more impressed with every aspect of this purchase and will absolutely recommend this dealership and these professional staff members to anyone looking to purchase a motorcycle.

Hi On a road trip with my buddy from Radford Virginia to Oklahoma City, I noticed an unusual sound from my 2007 Electra Glide Classic a few hours out of OKC. It was a hot day and I was of course concerned about the mechanical condition of my ride. The next day (June 17) I stopped in to Harley-Davidson World (Edmond location) just before 9AM, and was immediately greeted by the staff. My bike was put on the lift just after 9AM. Charley Daniel was the Master Tech who worked on my bike, and he diagnosed the problem as a bad bearing in the primary. In passing he also noticed that the exhaust bracket just behind the rear cylinder had broken and also replaced that. While everything was opened up I decided to go ahead and have the clutch plates replaced. The same day turnaround on a repair like this was really outstanding. It takes great people to make things like this happen. For a transient like myself to come into a dealership for the first time and receive friendly, professional, and prompt service is a wonderful thing. Best Regards

Walked in to store and didn't get attacked by salesmen soon as I walked thru doors.Actually didn't even interact with one till Jay walked by and I indicated I was extremely interested in a Heritage. He was not pushy and didn't try to sell me. He listened and did exactly what I asked and what he said he would do for me. Excellent sales interaction and super fast in getting the deal done. I spotted the bike on Sat at close and Jay called me 11:00 am Monday with price and deal was done. I rode it home soon as it was thru service to insure everything was good to go. Beautiful bike,Great Salesman and easy paperwork throughout the whole process. I tell my friends to go there,even the ones from Moore-Norman area...sorry Thunder!

Vicki is as good as any salesperson can be. I made this entire purchase with 2 or 3 phone calls and numerous text messages with Vicki. I had never been to this dealer and had never met Vicki prior to this purchase. She was recommended to me by someone that had just purchased the same bike from her. He said she was great and he must have been right, after talking to her once, I never looked back. When the bike was ready I drove the 200 miles to get it and everything was great. I not only have a great sales person now, but someone that I consider a friend and personal contact at Harley. I feel contacting her with any question is just like talking to the home office. She truly cares about her customers. If I ever buy another new HD, Vicki will be my salesperson, if the distance between us increases....then I will just have to ride harder to get where she is. Vickie IS my sales person, I have never been better taken care of purchasing anything. I bought a used 2009 Road King Classic on the 17th of May 2014. I was greated by Ron Nichols as I walked in. He was very courteous and professional. The bike I bought had a few small issues, after all it was a USED bike. No used vehicle is perfect, but they fixed everything I asked them to do, and they did it that day. Now this doesn't mean they can always do this but I felt like they went the extra mile for me and I'll never use a nother Harley dealership because of the way they took care of me. If your looking to buy a new or used bike go see Ron Nichols, he'll do you right.

On 3/8/14 I went into Harley Davidson World just to look and price a 2014 Ultra Glide. Donnie listened to what I wanted on the bike and the payments I was needing and he made it possible. Instead of looking for a bike, I surprised my husband by buying him his first brand new Harley. Donnie was very professional and very knowledgeable of the bikes. I always enjoy going into this dealership. Everyone is always smiling and full of service without the smothering effect. We will stop by every chance we get to support this dealership and of course to say hi to Donnie.

Dana and Jason were great! We needed help loading our bike on a Monday when the shop was closed. They made phone calls, personally made the effort to get us loaded and on the road as soon as they could. One very very happy customer!!!

Everyone at this shop is absolutely amazing in my opinion, I can't remember when I have been treated like this from any dealer of any kind. This is my first Harley and so far I am impressed with the bike and also the helpfulness of everyone that got me to this point. Chuck was my salesman and he is worth his weight in gold, and I don't like salesmen. Lance did my finance and he worked everything out just great. I have dealt with Mark in service over a couple of minor issues and what a guy he is, especially to have to put up with the likes of me. Nice place and nice staff but I had to take by business elsewhere becuase you only carry one model of mens helment. Sure it comes in several finishes but that is the only option. You do carry a large selection of womens helments but that doesn't help me out much. Other than that great place.

I can't say enough about the staff at the OKC Harley World. From the moment I stepped in the showroom, I was treated like family. I'm a complete novice when it comes to motorcycles, but Doug, Lance haven't treated me as such. Offering any and all help available to get me safely on my new bike.

I purchased my bike from Ron at the OKC location. Great experience with the sales & finance people. Last year I was riding my Heritage near the Edmond store & my engine light came on, so I dropped in. I had installed new plugs just about 200 miles before. Lonnie at the edmond shop helped me immediatly, he had it diagnosed & fixed in 10 minutes or less. (bad plug) Needless to say that made me a customer. My latest experience really made me want to give shout out a super big thank you & say great job to the Edmond shop & personnel. Last week I had my Ultra Classic in for service & a tad bit of warranty work. The experience I had with Todd, Wing, & Charlie Daniel was far more than I ever expected from a dealer. These guys are awesome. From the drop off to the pick of my bike they kept me informed every step of the way. Took care of me in a timely fashion & were very fair on price. We have purchased two bikes from Doug over the last two years. Doug is very friendly as are all the sales persons at the store. Everyone is excited for your purchase not just the person that sold it. We have talked with everyone in the store on multiple occasions everyone is passionate about what they do. Our twin boys enjoy the trips to the store because all the attention they receive from the sale ladies. We love the straight forward price and no hassle. Just give me your best price right from the start and let's go. Not well I talked to my manager and here is the best price we can do. Then come back 10 minute later and say well my manager is really wanting to sell you this bike so he will take another grand off. We aren't buying a used car here so don't treat it like a used car lot. You will never get that type of service from Harley world like some other dealers in town. This had to be the best experience we have ever had buying a vehicle. First time motorcycle buyer. The minute you walk in the door everyone is so friendly and willing to help you whether it be with looking at clothing or looking to buy a bike. Our salesperson Doug was very informative and very helpful. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. We swapped the foot pegs for pedals and they didn't have everything we needed to put them on right then but he knew it was a two hour drive for us to come back and get them put on so he sent one of his people to Edmond and got the part picked up and got the pedals installed right then and there. Saved us a trip. That meant alot to us. They went out of there way to make it an exceptional experience for us. Last year in February, I had some motor work done to my 2010 Road King, the bike ran better than the stock bike. However it did not perform up to my expectaions. I took it into Chuck at the I-40 Rockwell store and asked him him if he could make it run like I was told, and with a few minor changes and tweaking, he did. The bike is producing 110 hp & 100 ft lbs. of torque,the throttle response has greatly approved. The handle bars are for hanging onto now as well!

i have bought numerous things through Harley World and today had my first service done in the service department. rachel waited on me and was very friendly courteous and professional. i have always received the best service and friendly help from anyone i have talked to. kevin in parts has always been awesome and very knowledgable, taylor and shari in clothing has waited on me numerous times and they were great. i think anyone you deal with at Harley World would be a great experience. thanks again and know that Harley World is the place i will always go for parts, accessories and service.

I rode lots of street bikes in the '60's, mostly British, dirt bikes in the '70's, and some of both in the '80s. When I got married my new wife wasn't wild about motorcycles, so I agreed not get another one. But it has always been on my bucket list to ride a Harley. Luckily for me, I got the opportunity to spend a day touring Molokai on a Sportster. OMG! What a day! Two weeks later a Sporty was in the garage. Three months later, a buddy proposed a 2000+ mile trip. Sounded good; we left a week later. Super trip. Agreed to repeat in a year. As the departure date (September 2011) approached, the more I thought about a bigger bike. I began to talk to Doug Palmer and crew at Edmond Harley World, where I had my Sportster serviced. I liked the looks of the Heritage Softtail, but Doug gently steered me towards a Road King, and a test ride clenched the deal. I've never been happier with the purchase of a new vehicle of any kind. I LOVE that bike! They got me into the right bike, with all the right accessories, and have handled all questions [thousands] and all service with the utmost professionalism in a very friendly atmosphere. The entire crew is knowledgeable and helpful and have made my 'Harley experience' the best possible. I can't recommend them highly enough. I came to the Harley-Davidson World out of convenience and an overall positive attitude from the staff. It had been a long while since I had my bike serviced (mostly because I'm a medical student, and haven't the time to accumulate miles), and I was looking forward to getting my Road King road-worthy again. My interaction with the staff has been exceptional. Everyone is incredibly friendly and social with each visit to the store; this is what prompted me to bring my bike for service, and return time and again.... Your attitude is superb.

I bought my husband a Harley today. Jeff is 41 years old, has been a cop for 20 years, and has wanted a Harley Davidson for as long as he can remember. I have had several metric cruisers over the last 8 years and when we met 3 years ago, his biker blood ran HOT and then he REALLY wanted one. More than anything I wanted to give Jeff the one big thing he wanted and deserved. He is a wonderful husband, the sweetest father, and he is one cool cop. We came into HDW of Edmond a couple of weeks ago and met Doug, who talked to us about the different styles of bikes and when we left...we knew we would be back. Doug hooked us up today, making a dream come true for me by making a dream come true for my soul mate. Doug also sent us over to Beth to get dressed out in some boots and shirts and such and she is equally as awesome. Then Charley from Service came out and gave Jeff the once-over on the bike and helped him load it up. Very cool guy that Charley... Thank you Doug and Beth and Charley for being part of one of the most memorable days of our life together. We will never forget it.

I rode to the Edmond location on Saturday afternoon with a clutch that had begun to slip at higher rpm ranges. After talking to Todd and Mac, it was determined that a new clutch was in order. The part was in stock and my bike was wheeled in and back on the road in barley an hour. I know Saturdays are busy and I was expecting to have to make another trip up for a service appointment. I very much appreciate the entire staff at this location. I have had the occasion to deal with all of them at one time or another and they are outstanding representatives of the company and of HD. I thanked them Saturday, but I wanted someone at the main office to know how pleased I am everytime I walk through the door. I live in Moore, but my HD dealer is in Edmond.

Mike and Chuck were my salesmen. These guys should give classes on sales. I have purchased many cars and motorcycles and never met a more genuine bunch of guys. Not only do they know what they are selling, they treat you with total respect without knowing who you are. I will definately thank them every time i see them. I had been looking for some time for just the right bike. A co-worker of mine told me to stop in and check them out. The sales staff and owner made my decision very easy to make, 1 they actually looked for bikes that I was interested in and informed me when they could have them there, 2 then they suggested that they had one in the show room that would be a step up and a more comfortable bike at a lower price, 3 when it came to the accessories to put on it they were more than happy to assist, keeping my budget in mind. Overall it was the most pleasurable experinence I have had in buying any sort of a new vehicle. The staff is honest, knowledgable, and helpful.

In Edmond for funeral and spotted the Edmond Shop so I stopped knowing I needed to buy a few minor things. Ben at parts was friendly, helpful, and courtious. As I went to leave, it was at that time, the battery decided it was no more. A click of the starter was the best I could get. Ben to the rescue. He got me with Mac, the service advisor. Knowing my situation, Mac and Ron, the RST got my ultra up and going in the time it took me to change into my suit. Ben, Mac, and Ron are top notch people. As long as these guys are around, your customers will be well treated and well taken care of. Will definitely stop by next time I am in the area because of them.

Friendly staff, well maintained showroom, and an overall great buying experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful when it came to all aspects of my purchase from actually showing me the bike, to buying accessories, going over every detail of my new purchase, and even helping me load the bike.

I recently stopped by your shop in OKC this weekend to pick up a few parts. Being stationed in Enid, I normally go by Formans in Stillwater or your other shop in Edmond since they are closer. But I happened to be down on that side of town and decided to stop by. The moment I entered I was greeted several times. I made my way back to the parts department and waited while Kevin helped another customer. What caught my attention was Kevin's helpful demeanor and friendly attitude. I figured he was friends with the customer in front of me. When the customer was leaving, I realized it was that customer's first time in your shop as well, and he seemed to be leaving very happy. When I got up to the counter, Kevin helped me with my parts in the most professional and knowledgeable manner I have experienced at any Harley shop in over 10 years. I will now make the extra drive to deal with Kevin in the future. And again, on my way out I was greeted and made to feel welcome several times by the other employee's I passed. Anyways, just wanted to say thanks and I'll be back by next time.

The service department was great! I was going cross country and ran into a problem with my turn singals. They had me in and out in less than 3 hrs. They took care of me and my wife like we were old friends. Danah made coffe for us and made sure we were comfortable whiel waiting for the repairs to be completed. Even my own dealership at home doesn't take care of their regular customers as well as you did for a stranger on the road. Thanks!!!

We were on the road from Washington DC and needed a couple of rear tires. I called in the morning and spoke to Richard in parts. He said he had the tires in stock and said come on in. When we got there we rolled right into the service area. In less than 2 hours we had two bikes with new rear tires. It is always nice to get that kind of quick attention when you are travelling. I would recomend this shop to anyone who is passing through the area. Thanks Again!

Very pleased with my overall purchasing experience. Everyone was awesome to meet and work with. Doug Barnett rocks. He is perfect to work with in purchasing a new bike. He actually asked questions about the type of riding I do, short trips, long trips, touring. Whether I ride all seasons, or fair weather. Do I mainly ride 1-up or 2-up... And many many more. But, what I found out was, that Doug really cared about my riding experience and wanted to make sure that I got the type of bike that fit my needs. Doug even spent time with my wife, (not like that, step up on the curb with the rest of us), in finding out what type of riding she likes, (see, there you go again). After Doug finished working with Dana and myself, we were convinced that the V-Rod was our bike. Next step was to narrow it down from the Night Rod or the Muscle. Doug was patient through-out this process. He even endured my multiple visits to the showroom, to look and re-look, touch and re-touch, question and re-question. You'd think that would have done it, but no way, this was my fist HD, and it was going to be right in every way. So Doug waited some more. But, the problem still existed, I couldn't decide which one was right for me. But, I think Doug knew which one was right for me, he couldn't just tell me that, because he knew it had to be my decision. He apparently gave this some thought, or has dealt with my type before, as he just knew how to finally make my mind up for me. He rolled that Muscle outside, (it's the one he picked for me all along), and let her glimmer in the sunlight. He prompted us, (my wife and I - not Doug and I. You people are a little warped), to sit on that bad girl. Then he offerred his services even further, by suggesting that he use my brides i-phone and click a picture of us just sitting there, imagining... Well, if that wasn't enough to convince us, he managed a few other store personnel to find their way by us, and make subtle comments like: Wow, that's a good looking bike, or the classic one, It So Fits You. Well, as you might have guessed, I had no choice but to give in. (He never even thought about bringing the Night-Rod outside for me to look at). You see, it took several weeks for Doug to show me what I knew all along. Granted, I'm a slow learner, but I've got one-heck-of-fast scooter. If you want a new bike, see Doug. He Rocks... (PS - If you really read this thing all the way to the end, you should seek help, or get out on your own scooter, becasue you have way to much time)... See ya on the Blacktop.

I've had my 2008 Ultra serviced both at the 1K and the 5K check points and your service department in my eyes has been very professional in both the service on my bike and being friendly enough just to answer questions that I have had. I wanted to thank Mac and the rest of his crew in the Edmond service dept. I went in with some funny noise coming from my front rotor. Mac said to bring my Road King in and he'd take a look. I was concerned about this type of service not falling under warranty as it could be normal wear issues. The guys really took the time to get my problem solved right and didn't charge me for what ended up being a minor fix. Thanks again and you can be sure I'll come back to Edmond to service my bike.

I wanted to drop a line of thanks to Harley Davidson World for ALL of the great people in the Edmond location. I have owned several Harleys and have ridden for years and my wife finally decides she wants her own ride. The first time in the Edmond store Mike, Jacqueline and Wing made us feel right at home and Mike quickly found us the right bike for her. From day one EVERYONE in the store made us feel like family and long time friends. Everytime we came back they knew our name and always asked how we're doing and how much we enjoyed the new bike. We have since traded the Sportster in and bought her a 09 Softail Deluxe, again with the same experience. Since then we have bought 2 more bikes and I cannot say enough about these guys. I was impressed with Doug's fast response to my E-mail about the 06 heritage on the showroom floor. I had decided that this was the one for me and Doug made it possible. I talke to him on Saturday Nov 15.,called him back on Monday with card number and picked the bike up on Saturday Nov 22. I had an appointment time of 10:30 with Vicki to do the paperwork but there was awreck on I-40 that I helped before EMS showed up. Made a call letting them know I was going to be late. Vicki was understanding and shuffled another owner in front of me. She did a great job. Only the excitement of the open road was better than ringing the bell.

Harley Davidson World, I just purchased a 2009 Softail Deluxe. What a sweet bike! After getting mislead and lied to at another Oklahoma Harley dealer I called Harley Davidson World. I explained to the salesman Chad about the misadventure I had at the other dealer. He was very helpful and made me a great deal. I talked to Chad on a Wednesday, and even though they didn't have the bike in stock, I rode one away on Saturday. All of my add-ons were available and installed. They explained the features of the bike to me where even a caveman could understand it. Overall, a great experience, profesional people, and one hell of a bike!

My wife and I were on a trip from North Carolina to California in September when my speedometer suddenly stopped working. The next day (Monday 9/8) we went to Harley-Davidson World to see if they could check the bike out for me. Krennen immediately took our bike into the service area to try and determine the cause of the speedometer failure. At that point we didn't know what was wrong and hoped that we would still be able to continue the trip. About 1 1/2 hours later Krennen let me know that my bike was ready and the problem was only a sensor. While we were waiting the staff at H-D World were very nice to us and made us feel at home. When I stepped into the Broadway store I was greeted by your MotorClothes Manager (sorry, her name slips my mind) and was told if I had questions just ask. I told him I was looking for my first Harley and from there he began to explain the differences and asking what type of bike I was looking for. Needless to say, I bought the next day.
